水穩(wěn)砼基層表層的不同配比試件如何？

水穩(wěn)料采用水泥、粉煤灰、穩(wěn)定碎石、砂、石屑等筑路材料作為水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層。下面來講講濟南水穩(wěn)砼基層表層的不同配比試件如何。

實驗室通過經(jīng)過一定數(shù)量的原材料試驗，進行配合比設(shè)計、擊實實驗，確定大干密度和佳含水量。然后以此配比制成試件，試件在規(guī)定溫度條件下保濕養(yǎng)護6天，浸水1天后，進行無側(cè)限抗壓強度實驗。

Then the test piece is made with this ratio. The test piece is kept wet and cured for 6 days at the specified temperature. After being immersed in water for 1 day, the unconfined compressive strength test is carried out.

（1）經(jīng)過對集料為砂、碎石、水泥和集料為粉煤灰、碎石、水泥的兩種配比試驗，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)摻加粉煤灰的水泥穩(wěn)定混合料不僅其和易性較好，而且試塊容易成型，成型后的試塊外觀較好，7天平均強度也較高。

(1) Through two kinds of proportioning tests on aggregate consisting of sand, crushed stone, cement and aggregate consisting of fly ash, crushed stone and cement, it is found that the cement stabilized mixture mixed with fly ash not only has good workability, but also is easy to form the test block. （2）不同配比灰土試件，7天無側(cè)限抗壓強度在1.0mpa左右；而不同配比水穩(wěn)試件7天無側(cè)限抗壓強度在4～7mpa之間（采用325號普通水泥，水泥摻量5%～6%）。

（3）不同配比灰土試件經(jīng)幾次凍融循環(huán)后，抗壓強度幾乎沒有；而摻有水泥和粉煤灰的不同配比的水穩(wěn)試件，經(jīng)10次凍融循環(huán)后，仍可測得一定的強度。

通過觀測、分析不同配比的灰土基層板體性較差，干縮、溫縮系數(shù)大，這樣的基層表層受水浸泡后強度降低，在行車荷載反復(fù)作用下，容易被面層材料啃噬成粉末狀，易被滲進的水混合成泥漿流走，逐漸使面層脫空，造成油面沉陷、龜裂、脫落，這就是瀝青路面病害產(chǎn)生的主要原因。
