(3)水泥、集料拌和得愈均勻，水穩(wěn)碎石的強度和穩(wěn)定性愈高。拌和不均勻會使水泥劑量少的地方強度不足，而水泥劑量多的地方則裂縫增加。因此，在拌和過程中必須專設工程技術人員對拌和全過程進行檢查、巡視和旁站，確保混合料的含水量、水泥劑量、級配等能滿足要求，以及觀察混合料的顏色及水泥、石料的下料情況，保證拌和的順利和成功。

(3) The more evenly mixed the cement and aggregates, the higher the strength and stability of the water stabilized crushed stone. Uneven mixing will result in insufficient strength in areas with low cement dosage, while cracks will increase in areas with high cement dosage. Therefore, during the mixing process, specialized engineering and technical personnel must be assigned to inspect, patrol, and supervise the entire mixing process to ensure that the water content, cement dosage, grading, etc. of the mixture meet the requirements, as well as to observe the color of the mixture and the cutting of cement and stone materials, to ensure the smooth and successful mixing.
